1. Scope of Services

DevCounsel offers three categories of offerings: direct legal services, digital informational products, and physical goods. Direct legal services include customized advice, contract drafting, and regulatory guidance. Informational products encompass digital courses, templates, and guides. Physical goods cover printed materials or branded resources related to legal matters.

2. Fees and Scheduling

All fees are due prior to commencement of service or delivery of product. Scheduling for direct legal services requires confirmation by DevCounsel staff. Clients may request one schedule adjustment at least 48 hours before the appointment, subject to availability.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Direct Legal Services

Consultancy hours are reserved exclusively per engagement. These services are non-refundable. Clients may transfer an appointment to a different date once with at least 48 hours notice. If DevCounsel cancels, the full amount will be refunded through the original payment channel within 14 days.

3.2 Informational Products

Clients may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase provided that less than twenty percent of the digital content has been accessed. To request a refund, contact DevCounsel via our contact form. Approved refunds are processed within ten business days.

3.3 Physical Goods

Unused items in original packaging may be sent back within 14 days of delivery for an or refund. To initiate this process, notify DevCounsel using our contact form. Shipping charges are not reimbursed unless the error is attributable to DevCounsel.

4. Modifications to Terms

DevCounsel reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be informed of material changes via the website and by email when contact details are available.
